Over the past two decades we have continually grown the business through a combination of organic growth of existing product portfolios, entry into new geographical markets and by means of acquisition, most notably Aquilant Ltd in 2018, Xograph in 2019 and Cardio Solutions in 2020. In 2021, Healthcare 21 was acquired by the AddLife AB Group. AddLife is a publicly listed Swedish Medtech company active across the European market.

Building on our existing spine experience and solutions from leading industry partners, Ziehm and Geister, we are looking to further expand and develop our spine product portfolio to encompass a full implant, instrumentation, and biologic offering.

We are creating a new spine division within the Healthcare 21 Group that will deliver a UK wide full-service sales, marketing, regulatory and stock holding/logistics solution.
